For December 2024, Honda Malaysia is increasing its discounts for selected models. While the generous RM80,000 rebate on the Honda Civic Type R FL5 is no longer offered this month, at least the regular Honda Civic continues to be discounted by up to RM10,000.

At a glance, the RM10,000 discount on the Civic looks to be lower than the RM12,000 maximum rebate offered for the C-segment model last month. Well, that’s because the 1.5L E, 1.5L V, and 1.5L RS variants are no longer discounted for December 2024. Instead, only the 2.0L e:HEV RS remains, which carries the same RM10,000 rebate as previous months.

Next, we have the Honda City: the 1.5L E, 1.5L V, and 1.5L RS variants of the B-segment sedan continue to be discounted by RM8,000. As for other variants of the City, they get between RM3,000 to RM6,000 worth of rebates, depending on the specific model (which also includes the new SE model).

Aside from that, the Honda WR-V also gets a good amount of markdown. The 1.5L E, 1.5L V, and 1.5L RS models get RM8,000 worth of discounts, while the base 1.5L S receives RM5,000 total rebate or RM6,000 for the SE model. If you want a bigger SUV, there’s the Honda HR-V and Honda CR-V, which receive higher discounts this month by RM3,000 to RM8,000.

Last but not least is the Honda City Hatchback. The 1.5L V and 1.5L RS models of the B-segment hatchback receive RM6,000 total rewards, while other variants get RM3,000 rebates. As usual, these discounts are only applicable to vehicles that are registered between 1 to 31 December 2024, meaning you have to take delivery of your car within this month.
