Now this is interesting: Honda Malaysia just introduced special edition models of the Honda City and Honda WR-V. Featuring updated exterior and interior, both models are limited to 99 units each. The best part is, there is no price premium for these two limited edition models.

Unfortunately, we don’t have images of these special edition models, so we’ll have to make do with a description of the changes. For the City Special Edition, the V trim in Platinum White Pearl is chosen as the base: it gets front, side, and rear under spoilers, a special edition emblem, a Honda-branded dashcam, foot light, side step garnishes, as well as a trunk tray.

Pricing wise, the special edition sedan costs RM94,900, with an additional RM300 surcharge for the Platinum White Pearl paint job.

Next, we have the WR-V Special Edition, which is based on the range-topping RS variant in Stellar Diamond Pearl colour. Changes to the special edition model include side and rear under spoilers, a special edition emblem, a dashcam, new exhaust pipe finisher, rear panel lining cover, and rear step garnishes. In terms of pricing, it retails at the same RM107,900 price as the standard RS model.

The Honda WR-V RS Special Edition is actually available for viewing already at Honda dealerships, while the Honda City V Special Edition will make its way to showrooms at the end of the month. Both limited edition models are now available for booking nationwide, and again, keep in mind that only 99 units of each model are offered.
