Illegear Enters Gaming Desk Market With Illegear Obsidian – RGB Desk for RM599

Illegear just released its first-ever gaming desk. The Illegear Obsidian is touted as a budget-friendly desk, and given that Illegear’s range of products are catered to gamers, it’s no surprise that the Obsidian comes with RGB lighting.

Two sizes of the Obsidian are offered. The small version (1120 x 600 mm) retails at RM599, while the large model (1360 x 600 mm) goes for RM699. The desk have three adjustable heights too (710mm, 760mm, 810mm), though you have to disassemble the feet to change the height – no, it doesn’t have a motor.

RGB lighting of the Obsidian – which is said to be customisable – can be adjusted with the controls on the bottom right side of the desk. Besides that, it also has a headphones hanger and cup holder to keep the surface clutter-free. Speaking of which, the Obsidian’s surface is a particle board with melamine lamination.

The Illegear Obsidian is now available for purchase in Malaysia through Illegear’s online store for RM599 and RM699 for the small and large models respectively. Do note that you can get a discount on the desk if you’re paying in cash, lowering the prices to RM570 and RM665 respectively.
