Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 Waiting List Now at 2 Months in Malaysia

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 went up for pre-order in Malaysia on 19 August, and it seems to be quite well-received by Malaysians. In fact, the waiting list for the foldable phone is now at two months.

According to Samsung Malaysia, it is currently restocking units of the Z Fold 3; it’s safe to assume initial stocks of the foldable phone have already run out. With that in mind, the South Korean company said that those who placed their pre-order after 21 August at 12AM are expected to receive the phone from 30 October onwards.

Evidently, consumers are quite eager to get their hands on the Galaxy Z Fold 3. After all, compared to its predecessor, it has gotten quite a bit more affordable while offering some notable improvements. These include a 4MP under display camera, a 120Hz 7.6-inch 2208 x 1768 Dynamic AMOLED 2X primary screen, and a 120Hz 6.2-inch 2268 x 832 cover screen.

Other specifications of the Z Fold 3 include Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 flagship chipset, a triple camera system (12MP primary + 12MP ultra-wide angle + 12MP telephoto), a 10MP cover camera, a 4,400mAh battery, S Pen support, and of course, IPX8 water resistance rating.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 is still available for pre-order right now in Malaysia with RM1,649 worth of rewards included. The base 256GB variant with 12GB of RAM costs RM6,699, while the 512GB model with the same amount of RAM goes for RM7,099.
