Aside from the launch of the REDMI Note 15 series, Xiaomi also took the opportunity to introduce its very own pair of smart glasses, the Mijia Smart Audio Glasses, marking the brand’s latest step into wearable audio.

Designed as an everyday audio companion rather than a full-on AR device, the Mijia Smart Audio Glasses feature built-in speakers and a quad-microphone setup. Three styles are available at launch: Titanium, Browline, and Pilot-Style, offering users a choice between a more understated look or something a little bolder.
Audio is delivered through open-ear speakers that let users stay aware of their surroundings while still enjoying clear sound. Xiaomi claims wind noise reduction of up to 4.5m/s, making the glasses suitable for outdoor use such as city walks or commuting. For calls and meetings, a dedicated privacy mode uses a custom algorithm to improve voice clarity while significantly reducing sound leakage.

All three styles support prescription lens replacement. The Browline and Titanium variants come fitted with blue light filtering lenses offering up to 25% protection, while the Pilot-Style model features UV400 sunglasses capable of blocking up to 99.99% of ultraviolet light.
The frames are slim and lightweight, with the Titanium variant tipping the scales at just 27.6g. Both the Browline and Pilot-Style models also feature a quick-release mechanism, allowing users to swap frames with ease. Durability is addressed via reinforced piano-wire hinges rated for up to 15,000 flexes, alongside an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance.

Powering the glasses are dual 114mAh non-coaxial steel-cased batteries, positioned at the ends of the temples to keep the profile near the frames as thin as 5mm. This design helps reduce pressure on the ears for all-day wear. Battery life is rated at up to 13 hours of continuous music playback, with fast charging providing around four hours of use from just a 10-minute top-up. A full charge takes roughly an hour.
Control and customization are handled through the new Xiaomi Glasses app, where users can adjust gesture controls and manage audio settings. The glasses support touch controls on the temples and offer recording functions for audio, media, and face-to-face conversations. An LED indicator lights up during recording to signal that audio capture is in progress, addressing privacy concerns. Dual-device connectivity also allows seamless switching between a smartphone and a laptop.

The Mijia Smart Audio Glasses are available now in Titanium, Browline, and Pilot-Style options at Xiaomi stores nationwide, on mi.com, and via official Xiaomi stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. The Browline and Pilot-Style variants retail at RM999, but are currently available at a launch price of RM799, while the Titanium model is priced at RM1,099, with a promotional price of RM899 during the launch period.
