The Version 4.7 update of Genshin Impact looks to be quite exciting. Not only will players be able to get three new playable characters, the Archon Quest is finally getting some new development, which sees the return of Dainsleif and the Traveller’s twin.

Of the three new playable characters, two of them utilise the Bond of Life mechanic, just like Arlecchino. Both Clorinde and Sigewinne are 5-star characters; the former is an Electro DPS that wields a sword, while Sigewinne is a Hydro archer that specialises in healing. Sethos (4-star Electro archer) completes the lineup of new characters in the Version 4.7 update.

As for the new Archon Quest, players will discover more secrets of Khaenri’ah, the lost civilisation. As mentioned, the mysterious Dainsleif and the Traveller’s twin will be appearing in the storyline, and Hoyoverse even released an animated short featuring the two Travellers.

Another new addition to Version 4.7 of Genshin Impact is Imaginarium Theater, a challenge domain that will reset every month. Up to 620 Primogems can be earned from the new gameplay mode, and Hoyoverse is also upping the amount of Primogems that the Spiral Abyss offers (Floors 9 to 12) to 800. It’s worth noting that the Spiral Abyss will also switch to a monthly reset on the 16th of each month.

Oh, a teaser of Natlan was released too, which shows some monsters that can be found in the upcoming nation, which is set to be available later this year.

Genshin Impact 4.7 will be available on 5 June next week. Once the update drops, Clorinde and Sethos will be featured in the first round of Event Wish with Alhaitham’s rerun, while the second half will consist of Sigewinne and Furina’s rerun.
