Genshin Impact’s Version 4.6 update is looking quite interesting. Not only will Arlecchino be playable once the update drops, she will also be a new weekly boss. Aside from that, Fontaine is also getting a brand new underwater region.
Naturally, Arlecchino is a 5-star Pyro character wielding a polearm, and she has a unique “Bond of Life” mechanic that increases her damage at the cost of preventing her from being healed. Her Elemental Burst is the only way for Arlecchino to receive healing effects, curiously enough.
Arlecchino’s event wish will be available alongside Lyney’s rerun once the Version 4.6 update is live, followed by Wanderer’s and Baizhu’s banners in the second half.
Aside from that, Arlecchino will also get her own story quest (Ignis Purgatorius) in Genshin Impact 4.6. The quest will explore her past and why she is called “Father” by the children of the House of the Hearth. It’s worth noting that Cyno is getting a second story quest too, which sees the debut of a new character, Sethos.
Several in-game events and content will be featured in the Version 4.6 update of Genshin Impact as well. There’s the new rhythm game event headlined by Arataki Itto dubbed “Iridescent Arataki Rockin’ for Life Tour de Force of Awesomeness,” the aforementioned underwater region in Fontaine, and the addition two new artifact sets: Unfinished Reverie and Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy.
Genshin Impact 4.6 will be available next week on 24 April. To recap, Arlecchino’s and Lyney’s event wishes will be offered first once the update drops, followed by Wanderer’s and Baizhu’s rerun banners at a later date.
