Aside from the Xperia 1 VI flagship smartphone, Sony also introduced the Sony Xperia 10 VI mid-ranger. Unlike its flagship counterpart, the Xperia 10 VI features a largely similar design with the same tall and wide 21:9 display…that is still capped at 60Hz. No high refresh rate panel here.
Nonetheless, that means the Xperia 10 VI continues to offer a lightweight design with long battery life. Tipping the scales at 164g – which is actually 5g heavier than its predecessor – the battery capacity remains the same at 5,000mAh with the promise of up to two days battery life.

Rounding out the specifications of the Xperia 10 VI are the aforementioned 6.1-inch 2520 x 1080 OLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM, 128GB of expandable storage, a dual camera system (48MP primary + 8MP ultra-wide), an 8MP selfie camera, as well as IP65/IP68 water and dust resistance.
The Sony Xperia 10 VI will be coming to Malaysia slightly later than the flagship Xperia 1 VI. While the latter is set to arrive here sometime in July 2024, the Xperia 10 VI is only expected to be available in Malaysia sometime in August 2024.
