Honor is set to launch a new colour option for the Honor Magic 5 Pro in Malaysia later this week on 25 August. The Coral Purple colourway is touted as a limited edition model for Merdeka, and in conjunction with our National Day celebration (as well as Malaysia Day), Honor Malaysia will be running a promotion that offers prizes worth up to RM10 million.

Set to take place between 25 August to 17 September, the RM10 million prize pool is given in the form of free gifts with the purchase of selected products along with a weekly lucky draw. The prizes that are up for grabs include four units of the Magic 5 phone – this is the grand prize – as well as 12 Nescafe Nespresso machines, among other prizes listed here.

As for the Magic 5 Pro in Coral Purple, it should be similar to the standard model that’s priced at RM3,999 now. It comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset paired with 12GB RAM, 512GB of internal storage, a triple camera system (50MP primary + 50MP ultra-wide + 50MP periscope telephoto), a 12MP selfie camera, a 6.81-inch 2848 x 1312 LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, an IP68 rating, and a generous 5,100mAh battery with support for 66W wired charging – 50W wireless.
