Honkai: Star Rail‘s Version 1.3 update is set to arrive next week on 30 August. As expected, three new characters – Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae, Fu Xuan, and Lynx – will be playable once the update drops, and the Simulated Universe is getting a major update as well.

As previously revealed, Imbibitor Lunae and Fu Xuan are 5-star characters, while Lynx is a 4-star unit. Imbibitor Lunae’s banner will be offered first after the Version 1.2 update is live, accompanied by Yukong, Asta, and March 7th. Fu Xuan’s event warp, on the other hand, will be offered in the second phase alongside Lynx, Hook, and Pela.

As for the Simulated Universe, it’s getting a new update in Star Rail 1.3 dubbed The Swarm Disaster. Named after the “swarm catastrophe from ages ago that Tayzzyronth, the Aeon of Propagation caused,” as the game puts it, players can unlock the new Path of Propagation after completing the challenge.

Aside from that, a new area will also be introduced in Version 1.3 of Star Rail. The Aurum Alley was previously the Exalting Sanctum’s commercial hub, and players can help revitalise it to get rewards such as Stellar Jades, Self-Modeling Resin, and even Sushang.

Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.3 will go live next week on 30 August. To recap, Imbibitor Lunae’s event warp will be available first once the update drops, followed by Fu Xuan’s banner alongside Lynx at a later date.
