The DJI Air 3 has just been announced, and it comes with a number of intriguing features. Not only does it have a dual camera system, it also has a longer flight time of up to 46 minutes on a single charge – quite a bit longer than the Air 2S’ flight time of 31 minutes.
DJI has been trickling features from its higher-end drones to its more affordable ones, and this is exemplified with the Air 3’s dual camera system. It is made up of a 48MP 1/1.3-inch wide angle shooter and a 48MP 1/1.3-inch 3x medium tele lens, so it’s somewhat similar to the camera configuration of the Mavic 3, minus the Hasselblad branding.

Rounding out the specifications of the Air 3 include the aforementioned 46-minute maximum flight time, omnidirectional obstacle sensing, O4 HD Video Transmission System, and 2.7K vertical shooting. Weighing only 720g, it’s quite a lightweight drone too.
The DJI Air 3 is priced at RM4,799 in Malaysia for the drone itself. If you want the Fly More Combo with the DJI RC-N2 controller, it will set you back RM5,799. You can also get the same combo with the DJI RC 2 controller instead (complete with a display) for RM6,589.
