Oppo’s latest flagship smartphone, the Oppo Find X5 Pro, has finally been launched in Malaysia. The headlining feature of the phone is its MariSilicon X Imaging NPU, which promises improved camera performance, especially when shooting low light 4K videos.
Only one variant of the Find X5 Pro is offered in Malaysia. Sporting 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, it costs a cool RM4,999. Those who place a pre-order of the phone by 27 May will also receive RM1,397 worth of freebies, including an Oppo Enco X2 wireless earbuds (RM799), a one-year screen protection (RM399), and a year of extended warranty (RM199).
If you get the phone through Oppo’s website, Shopee, or Lazada, you’ll also get a kevlar phone case (RM129), a RM100 TNG reload pin, and a RM100 gift voucher. These extra freebies bring the total value of the pre-order goodies to RM1,726.
Hardware wise, the Find X5 Pro has a triple camera system made up of a 50MP primary camera – complete with a “first-of-its-kind” five-axis OIS system for more stable videos and sharper still photos – a 50MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a 13MP telephoto camera with 5x hybrid zoom. It also features Hasselblad Natural Colour Calibration in Pro Mode for…well, more accurate colour reproduction.
Naturally, the Find X5 Pro is also powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset for flagship-tier performance. Other specifications of phone include a 6.7-inch WQHD+ curved AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, a generous 5,000mAh battery with support for 80W SuperVOOC fast charging, an IP68 rating, a ceramic back, and ColorOS 12.1 based on Android 12 out of the box.
The Oppo Find X5 Pro is now available for pre-order in Malaysia until 27 May for RM4,999. To recap, early birds can get up to RM1,726 worth of freebies; you may want to be quick if you want to enjoy this pre-order deal.
