Right after his appointment as the new managing director and CEO of Honda Malaysia, Hironobu Yoshimura revealed that three Honda models were ranked first in their respective segments. These include the all-new 11th generation Honda Civic, the Honda City sedan, as well as the Honda City Hatchback.

Unfortunately, beyond confirming this, no other details were revealed, though it’s no mystery that these three models are very popular. So much so, in fact, that no discounts are given for two of the three models – only the City sedan is currently offered with a RM2,000 discount for April 2022.

Speaking of which, Honda Malaysia also previously revealed that the City was the carmaker’s best-selling model in January and February 2022. As of early last month, as many as 32,500 units of the B-segment sedan are on Malaysian roads – that’s an impressive figure.
