Back in June earlier this year, Astro announced that Netflix will be accessible through its Ultra Box. Well, the subscription service is now officially available on Astro. On top of that, there are also Astro TV packs that come with a Netflix (and even Disney+ Hotstar) subscription.

The most affordable Astro TV pack with Netflix bundled together is the Entertainment Plus Pack for RM129.99/month. If you want both Netflix and Disney+ Hotstar in the same TV pack, there’s Premium Pack 3 for RM154.99/month; access to HBO GO is also offered in this bundle.

Of course, you don’t have to purchase these TV packs to access Netflix on Astro’s Ultra Box. As long as you have an active subscription to the streaming service, you can log on to Netflix without any issue. It’s just a little bit more convenient to include the subscription cost into a single bill, especially if you fancy other content in the TV pack.

Astro is also working on adding Netflix to the Ulti Box, though no specific timeline was given. The company will also add other streaming services – including Disney+ Hotstar, iQiyi, and TVBAnywhere+ – to the Ultra and Ulti boxes in the future.
