As we approach the Perodua Ativa‘s official launch this coming Wednesday on 3 March, more images of the upcoming compact SUV have circulated online. This time around, we have an even closer look at the Ativa, complete with the optional GearUp kit.

These images of the Ativa were posted on the Facebook group Ativa Club Malaysia; the GearUp branding can be clearly seen on the rear and front lower bumpers. Compared to previous spy shots of the Ativa without the bodykit, the GearUp kit does give the SUV a more aggressive look. There’s even a shot of the interior showing off the floating infotainment screen.

We previously wrote about the GearUp accessories available for the Ativa, and chances are, the kit seen here is the “Blaze” bodykit, which costs RM2,500. Other GearUp accessories for the SUV include Blaze seat covers, rear bumper protector, LED scuff plates, floor lighting, luggage net, and even hood insulator.

Aside from these GearUp accessories, there’s also the utility package. It offers door visors, a luggage try, and coil mats for RM360 (Peninsular Malaysia) or RM368 (East Malaysia). All in all, Perodua is offering a fair bit of accessories for the Ativa.

The Perodua Ativa is open for booking here in Malaysia right now, and it will be launched this Wednesday on 3 March. With an estimated pricing between RM62,500 to RM73,400, it’s a competitively priced SUV with some attractive features, including level 2 autonomous driving.
