Xiaomi 11T Series Starts at RM1,699 in Malaysia – Early Birds Get Free Smartwatch

The Malaysian pricing of the Xiaomi 11T and Xiaomi 11T Pro have just been revealed. Not only are these two devices quite affordable, those who place their pre-orders from now until 29 September will also receive a free smartwatch and wireless earphones.

Before we get to the pre-order goodies, let’s talk about prices first. The 11T retails at RM1,699 and RM1,899 for the 128GB and 256GB configurations respectively; both models also come with 8GB of RAM. As for the 11T Pro, it goes for RM2,099 (256GB + 8GB) and RM2,299 (256GB + 12GB).

The pre-order goodies, on the other hand, include a Mi Watch Lite and a Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 Basic. However, do note that these freebies are only offered to those who pre-order the 256GB variant of the 11T or the 256GB + 12GB configuration of the 11T Pro.

Anyway, let’s get to the devices, starting with the 11T Pro. Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, you can expect to get a high level of performance out of this phone. Aside from that, it also features a rather sophisticated camera system made up of a 108MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide angle shooter, and a 5MP telemacro lens.

Other specifications of the 11T Pro include a 6.67-inch 1080p AMOLED display with 120Hz AdaptiveSync, 8GB or 12GB of RAM, two UFS 3.1 storage options (128GB or 256GB), as well as a generous 5,000mAh battery with support for 120W Xiaomi HyperCharge, which can fully charge the phone in only 17 minutes.

As for the more affordable Xiaomi 11T, it’s largely similar to the Pro model, though it does have a number of differences. Instead of a Qualcomm processor, it’s powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1200-Ultra SoC instead; this is said to be the chipmaker’s best offering to date.

Aside from that, the 11T also features the same display, camera system, and battery capacity as its Pro sibling, though its fast charging capability is limited to 67W.

The Xiaomi 11T and Xiaomi 11T Pro are now available for pre-order in Malaysia until 29 September from RM1,699 and RM2,099 respectively. Both phones will hit local store shelves on 2 October 2021.
