Vivo is launching its next smartphone, the Vivo V20 SE, right here in Malaysia later this week. According to the smartphone maker, the new device will sport a slim and lightweight design, along with an emphasis on its selfie capability.
Since the device hasn’t been launched yet, details are still light on the V20 SE, though we do have leaked specifications of the phone. These include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 paired with 8GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage, and a microSD card slot.
Besides that, released images of the V20 SE also show a notched display, which is said to be a 6.44-inch 2400 x 1080 AMOLED screen. There doesn’t seem to be any visible fingerprint sensor either, so there’s a good chance it will feature an in-screen fingerprint sensor.
Camera wise, the V20 SE seems to come with a triple camera array, which is believed to consist of a 48MP primary shooter, an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens, as well as a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, Vivo confirmed that the phone is equipped with a 32MP selfie camera; perfect for selfie lovers.
Other specifications of the V20 SE include a generous 4,100mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging, a USB-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and two colour options: Gravity Black and Oxygen Blue.
The Vivo V20 SE will be launched here in Malaysia this Thursday on 24 September. We’ll find out exactly how much this mid-range smartphone would cost then.
