These are the Harimau and Penyu switches, Malaysian-designed tactile and linear switches respectively! Released by the local folks over at Rebult Keyboards, these are rather intriguing switches with a long stem pole.
Unfortunately, we don’t have enough switches for a full sound test, but these comparisons with other notable switches should give you a good idea of how they sound like. We compare the Harimau tactile switch against the highly popular Boba U4T, while the Penyu linear switch is pitted against the 8008 Ink and Diamond switches.
If you’re interested to pick up the Harimau or Penyu switch, you can join the group buy until 31 August over at Rebult Keyboards’ online store. Of course, we will also post our full review of these two switches before the group buy ends!
