Previous iterations of the Dell XPS 13 have always been lauded as some of the best (and sleekest) premium productivity laptops, so it goes without saying the same still applies to the 2020 XPS 13 right here. I’ve been using it as my daily driver for quite some time now, and I can say this with confidence: it’s a fantastic premium laptop.
Now, there’s a bit of a disclaimer here: we received this unit of the XPS 13 from Dell itself. But rest assured, we are still giving the laptop a fair, honest assessment in this review. On top of that, we’re also testing a slightly older variant of the XPS 13 with Intel’s 10th generation processor instead of the newer model with the chipmaker’s 11th generation Tiger Lake chips.
That being said, beyond the different processor, both variants of the XPS 13 still share very similar hardware. These include the same screen, chassis, design, and basically everything else.
Given that the Dell XPS 13 now starts at only RM5,399 – instead of RM6,399 – here in Malaysia, it’s a good buy for anyone that’s looking to get a refined, premium productivity laptop. Watch our video review above if you’re not convinced!
