It appears OnePlus is gearing up to launch another phone in Malaysia, and it’s an unannounced device. In our routine search through SIRIM’s database, we spotted the OnePlus Nord 3, suggesting that Malaysia could be one of the first markets to get the upcoming phone.
It’s believed that the OnePlus Nord 3 will be the global version of the OnePlus Ace 2V, which was launched in China earlier this month. If that is really the case, it should be an interesting upper mid-range smartphone powered by a fast MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset.
Besides that, the OnePlus Ace 2V – and by extension, the OnePlus Nord 3 – also features a 6.74-inch 2772 x 1240 AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a triple camera system (64MP primary + 8MP ultra-wide + 2MP macro), a 16MP selfie camera, and a 5,000mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging.
It remains to be seen exactly when the OnePlus Nord 3 will be officially introduced, so we’ll just have to wait until it’s unveiled to see what the phone has to offer. Given that the Nord 3 has been registered with SIRIM already, we reckon the phone will be made available here shortly after its debut.
