Here’s yet another Crinacle collaboration shortly after the release of the 7Hz Salnotes Dioko. The Truthear x Crinacle Zero is a dual dynamic driver IEM, which may not sound particularly impressive. But what sets it apart from other similar offerings is the fact that it has a true subwoofer.
The Zero has two dynamic drivers: 7.8mm and 10mm. The former is your standard affair driver, but the 10mm driver is the interesting one, as it acts as a subwoofer. This means the driver is only audible below the 200Hz frequency range.
On top of that, the Zero is also quite an affordable IEM with a $50 (about RM220) price tag.

Based on Crinacle’s frequency response graph of the Zero, it does look like a bassy IEM. It’s tuned to the Harman target curve as well, which is said to be a sound signature preferred by most folks. Aside from that, the Zero is also manufactured by HeyGears, the same company that produces the Moondrop Blessing 2 and Moondrop Variations.
If you’re keen to pick up the Truthear x Crinacle Zero, you can do so from ShenzhenAudio, AliExpress, and Amazon. No Malaysian-based audio retailers – to our knowledge – are carrying the Zero at the moment, though some may have the IEM in stock in the near future.
