It’s been a while since we’ve seen a pair of wireless earbuds with the Pro branding from Samsung, but here it is: the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. What sets it apart from its competition is the earbud’s ability to playback 24-bit audio via Bluetooth, promising a hi-fidelity listening experience.
Of course, there is a limitation to this: the Buds 2 Pro can only achieve 24-bit audio playback when it’s connected to a Samsung phone running on One UI 4.0 or higher. It also depends on which app is used, given that some streaming services (such as Spotify) don’t support 24-bit audio.

Aside from that, the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro also features active noise cancellation (ANC), a custom coaxial 2-way driver setup, up to 8 hours of use on a single charge – 5 hours with ANC activated – and of course, tuning by AKG, so the tonality of these earbuds should be excellent.
The Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro is now available for pre-order through Samsung.com for RM899 in three colours: Bora Purple, Graphite, and White. If you’re keen to get it, use the code AMGZF4VIP at checkout to get a 15W charger worth RM59 for free.
