Pokemon Sleep was announced back in 2019, and it finally got a proper release date. Set to arrive sometime in summer 2023 – so that’s between June to September 2023 – it’s essentially a sleep tracker that allows you to attract Pokemons while you’re asleep.
This is shown in a new trailer for Pokemon Sleep. Depending on your sleep pattern – the mobile app has three sleep categories: dozing, snoozing, or slumbering – you will attract different Pokemons with the same sleeping habit. If you’re lucky, you can even get Pokemon with “rare sleep styles.”
Aside from the new trailer for Pokemon Sleep, the Pokemon Company also released a video for the Pokemon Go Plus + device; yes, there are two instances of “plus” in the product name. Anyway, that device can be used for both Pokemon Sleep (for sleep tracking) and Pokemon Go, though the device is not necessary to play Sleep.
To recap, Pokemon Sleep is set to arrive sometime between June to September 2023 this summer. As for the Pokemon Go Plus + device, there’s no tentative release date for it yet.
