Now this is interesting: PlayStation has quietly added a trial period for its new PlayStation Plus tiers. This applies to both the Extra and Deluxe tiers, which give players access to a slew of titles. Of course, there are some caveats to the offer.
For one, the trial period to PS Plus Extra or Deluxe is only limited to seven days. On top of that, the trial can only be redeemed by new users. If you’ve claimed a free trial to the subscription service before, this offer will not be available on your account.

Do note that this isn’t a completely free trial. After the seven-day trial have ended, your subscription will be renewed to the plan you have selected in the initial sign-up process. Of course, you can cancel the plan before the free trial ends to avoid getting charged.
Nonetheless, the free trial to the PlayStation Plus Extra and Deluxe plans would be great for gamers who want to try out the games that are included in the subscription service. This includes Stray, which has just been released today for RM129 – it’s free to play for those who are subscribed to the Extra or Deluxe plan.
