PlayStation 11.11 Festival Sale – PS5 Receives RM550 Discount in Malaysia

If you’re thinking of getting a PS5 soon, good news: the console is set to be discounted quite heavily in Malaysia. PlayStation’s 11.11 Festival, which is set to take place from 3 to 16 November, offers some hefty discounts on various PlayStation products.

The standard PS5, for one, receives a generous RM550 discount, bringing down the price of the console to only RM1,949. The PS5 Digital Edition is discounted quite a bit too, though it’s only offered with a 24-month PlayStation Plus Deluxe bundle for RM2,139 – that’s a RM548 discount.

Aside from the PS5, several other PlayStation products and games will also be discounted. The DualSense controller gets a RM50 discount (down to RM299) for most colourways – except for special edition models, of course – and several games are on offer too, including Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition (RM169) and God of War Ragnarok.

To recap, the PlayStation 11.11 Festival sale will start from 3 November tomorrow until 16 November; plenty of time to take advantage of the deal. While a new, slimmer PS5 is just beyond the horizon, it probably won’t be discounted quite as heavily as the current console.
