Initially set to be launched in April next month, Oppo Malaysia just revealed that the Oppo Reno 7 Z will be launched on our shores next week on 29 March. Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset, it is quite a well-equipped device in its segment.
Given that it features a Snapdragon 695 chipset, the Reno 7 Z is in the same league as the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, for example. It also has a triple camera system made up of a 64MP primary shooter, a 2MP monochrome sensor, and a 2MP macro lens.
Other specifications of the Reno 7 Z include a 6.43-inch 1080p AMOLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate, 8GB of RAM, 128GB of expandable storage, a 16MP selfie camera, a 4,500mAh battery, and ColorOS 12 based on Android 11 out of the box.
The Oppo Reno 7 Z will be launched in Malaysia next week on 29 March. No word yet on how much it will cost in our market, though it should be more affordable than the RM1,999 Reno 7.
