Nothing Phone 2a Launching 5 March – Mid-Range Phone With Glyph Lighting

The Nothing Phone 2a has been teased for quite some time now, and now we have a launch date for the upcoming phone. Set to be unveiled on 5 March 2024 next month, the Phone 2a looks to be touted as a cheaper mid-range phone to the brand’s flagship Nothing Phone 2.

In a 10-minute long video posted by Nothing, we’ve got a pretty good look at the development of the Phone 2a and a rough sketch of the phone. The transparent design looks to be retained too, and Nothing’s signature Glyph Interface lighting will also be featured on the mid-range phone.

Beyond that, not much (official) details have been revealed on the Phone 2a beyond the fact that it will be cheaper than the flagship Phone 2. With that in mind, it should have a more modest set of features, including a dual camera setup as teased in the launch date reveal above.

The Nothing Phone 2a will be introduced next month on 5 March 2024; we will find out then just what the mid-range phone has to offer. There’s no confirmation yet on whether or not the Phone 2a will make it to the Malaysian market, but given that the majority of Nothing products are available here, we reckon the phone will be sold on our shores once it is launched.
