Now this is not something you want to happen to you: several MySejahtera users were mistakenly given Home Surveillance Order (HSO) or Person Under Surveillance (PUS) status. If you have either one of these two statuses on your MySejahtera account, you (naturally) will not be allowed to check-in anywhere.
This was revealed by MySejahtera on its Twitter account. According to the Tweet, the root cause of the error has been fixed, so folks who were mistakenly given the HSO or PUS status will no longer be labeled as such.
Although MySejahtera said that this error has been rectified, a number of users are reporting that they are still seeing the HSO or PUS status on their accounts. According to another Twitter user, contacting the helpdesk seems to resolve the issue.
If you believe you’ve been mistakenly put under HSO or PUS, you can contact the helpdesk through the MySejahtera app itself. Hopefully, you don’t have to do this in the first place.
