More 2022 Perodua Myvi Facelift Teasers Shown – Red Seats, New Bumpers

Perodua is building anticipation for the 2022 Perodua Myvi facelift with more teasers. Set to be launched this Thursday on 18 November, the national carmaker revealed the new interior and bumpers of the upcoming B-segment hatchback.

As previous spy shots have shown, the facelifted Myvi will feature new front and rear bumpers. The updated front end is similar in design to the Ativa and Aruz, but more importantly, the hatchback also gets vertical DRLs now – a feature many, many folks have been asking for.

We’ve seen most of the exterior of the new Myvi, but not much of the interior, until now. Not only does the facelifted model have new leather seats with red highlights – which look quite plush and comfortable too – it also has a redesigned instrument cluster (finished in red as well) and steering wheel with some interesting buttons for level 2 autonomous driving.

The fact that the facelifted Myvi will sport this feature at this price point is a big deal. To put this into context, the updated hatchback is set to retail from RM45,700 to RM58,800. Slightly more costly than the current model’s range – RM41,292 to RM52,697 – but you are getting quite a number of noteworthy upgrades.

The 2022 Perodua Myvi facelift will debut this Thursday on 18 November at 9PM. You can catch the online launch of the new hatchback on Perodua’s YouTube channel or Facebook page. The New Myvi is also open for booking at Perodua showrooms nationwide right now or online here.
