Another day, another teaser of the upcoming 2022 Perodua Alza. We get more shots of the MPV’s exterior in today’s teaser, which shows the headlights, taillights, grille, as well as the wheels.
Based on these glimpses of the Alza’s exterior styling, it does look like a rather handsome seven-seater MPV. Not surprisingly, it is strikingly similar to its sister models, the Toyota Avanza/Veloz and Daihatsu Xenia, though there are some differences here and there.
Up front, the Alza’s grille is closer in design to the Xenia; the Avanza/Veloz has a much more prominent grille. Another design element of the Alza that’s quite a bit different than its sister models are the LED headlights, which look decidedly more premium. Chances are, these are the headlights of the range-topping AV variant with sequential turn signals.
The 2022 Perodua Alza is now available for booking in Malaysia from RM62,000 to RM75,000. Given that the sales tax exemption will only be given to cars that have been booked by 30 June, you may want to place your order soon. You can book the new Alza at a Perodua dealership or online right here.
