iQOO is a relatively new brand in Malaysia, and the Chinese company is steadily launching more of its offerings on our shores, including the new iQOO Z7. Not only does it come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G chipset, it also supports 120W fast charging.
Two variants of the iQOO Z7 are offered in Malaysia. The base 8GB + 128GB model retails at RM1,299 – exclusively available on Lazada – while the higher-end 12GB + 256GB configuration goes for RM1,499. Two colour options are available locally: Matrix Blue – the colourway pictured here – and Metallic Grey.
Without a doubt the iQOO Z7’s 120W fast charging capability is one of its best selling points; it’s said to be able to charge up the phone’s 5,000mAh battery from empty to full in only 26 minutes. Aside from that, it also has a 6.64-inch 1080p LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a dual camera system (64MP main + 2MP depth), and a 16MP selfie camera.
The iQOO Z7 is now available for pre-order in Malaysia. Early birds who pre-order the phone by 18 April can get a pretty good discount too – and RM498 worth of freebies – which are set at RM1,249 and RM1,399 for the 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB models respectively.
