iQOO Z7 5G Arriving in Malaysia Soon – Appears in SIRIM’s Database

iQOO is teasing the Malaysian arrival of a new smartphone, and there’s a good chance it is the upcoming iQOO Z7 5G. After all, the design of the phone matches the teaser released by the brand, and we have also spotted the device in SIRIM’s database.

The iQOO Z7 was registered with SIRIM just today on 16 March with the model number I2213. This particular model is usually associated with the “Z7 Pro,” but according to the SIRIM certification, this phone is just dubbed Z7 5G; very curious.

Given that the iQOO Z7 has not been launched yet – it’s slated to be released on 20 March in China – most of its specifications are still under wraps. That being said, the company did mention that the Z7 will feature a 5,000mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging, and looking at its teaser image in China, the phone has a dual camera system too.

Now that the iQOO Z7 5G has been certified by SIRIM, we reckon Malaysia will be one of the first markets to receive the phone once it has been officially launched. We’ll find out just what the phone has to offer come 20 March next week.
