HP recently launched the new HP Envy x360 convertible laptop in Malaysia. Sporting AMD’s excellent Ryzen 4000 series chip, the Envy x360 is a good option for those who want a relatively portable productivity laptop for not too much money.
For the Malaysian market, only one variant of the Envy x360 is offered. For RM3,799, the convertible laptop is packed with a Ryzen 5 4500U hexa-core processor, which should be fast enough for most tasks. Coupled with the integrated Radeon Graphics, you should be able to do some gaming on the side as well.
Besides that, the Envy x360 also comes with a 13.3-inch 1920 x 1080 IPS touch-enabled screen. Thanks to the slim bezels surrounding the display – giving it a sleek, modern-looking design – the laptop has a screen-to-body ratio of 88%, which is really quite good for a notebook in this price segment.
The dimensions of the Envy x360 is worth a mention too. Measuring 16.4mm at its thickest point with a 1.32kg chassis, it’s a machine most users can easily lug around. Other specifications of this convertible laptop include 8GB of RAM, 512GB of internal storage, and a 51WHr battery that promises up to 13 hours of battery life.
The HP Envy x360 is now available for purchase in Malaysia. Retailing at RM3,799, it’s not a particularly affordable productivity-focused machine, but you are getting quite a premium-looking convertible laptop.
