Unveiled back at MWC 2023, the Honor Magic 5 Pro has finally been launched in Malaysia. Powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, the flagship smartphone also has a triple camera system that can do up to 100x zoom.
Here in Malaysia, only one variant of the Magic 5 Pro is offered. Featuring 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, the phone retails at RM4,299. Two colour options are available: Meadow Green – the model you see here – and the more minimalist Black.
As mentioned, the Magic 5 Pro features a triple camera configuration made up of a 50MP primary shooter, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto sensor that can do 3.5x optical zoom or 100x digital zoom. As for the selfie camera, it’s a 12MP unit.
Other specifications of the Magic 5 Pro include a 6.81-inch 2848 x 1312 LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz smart refresh rate, an IP68 rating, a generous 5,100mAh battery with support for 66W wired charging (50W for wireless charging), and MagicOS 7.1 based on Android 13.
