Pre-registration for Hoyoverse’s next game, Honkai: Star Rail, was opened just last month. Fast forward to now, the developer gave us a release date for the RPG game: it’s set to arrive on multiple platforms next month on 26 April.
The platforms confirmed for Star Rail include iOS, Android, PC, as well as PlayStation, which is a new addition. However, it’s worth noting that the 26 April launch date is only for the former three; the game will be released on PlayStation at a later date.
Unlike Genshin Impact or Honkai Impact 3rd, Star Rail is a turn-based RPG game where players fight in a party of four. The game also have dungeon exploration, puzzle-solving, and even flashy animations as characters unleash their respective skills. Based on our review of the game’s second closed beta, Star Rail has an intriguing, engrossing storyline too.
If you’re keen to pre-register for Honkai: Star Rail, you can do so right here. Come 26 April next month, the RPG game will be available on iOS, Android, as well as PC via Hoyoverse’s own launcher and the Epic Games Store; the PlayStation version will arrive at a later date.
Naturally, cross-platform progression is offered for Star Rail, which will come in handy for players who play on multiple platforms.
