Honda Malaysia Price Hike – Civic, HR-V, City Hatchback Affected; Up to RM1,200 Increase

Honda Malaysia is increasing the prices for three of its models effective today, which is likely due to the weakening ringgit. The models affected are the Civic, HR-V, and City Hatchback, with prices going up by as much as RM1,200.

Out of the three models, the Civic sees the highest price increase of RM1,200. This applies to the petrol variants of the C-segment sedan, which includes the base E (now RM131,900), mid-tier V (RM144,900), and range-topping RS (RM151,900) trims. As for the e:HEV RS hybrid model, its price is unchanged at RM166,500.

Next, we have the HR-V, which is RM1,100 more expensive now. This price hike affects the S (RM115,900), E (RM130,900), and V (RM135,900) variants. Unlike how it is for the Civic, even the highest-end HR-V RS hybrid model is affected; it’s now going for RM141,900.

Last but not least is the City Hatchback. The B-segment hatchback gets a RM300 price increase, which applies to all four petrol variants: S (RM78,900), E (RM86,900), V (RM91,900), and V Sensing (RM95,900). The City Hatchback e:HEV RS, on the other hand, sees no price revision, maintaining its RM109,800 price tag.

These new prices for the Honda Civic, HR-V, and City Hatchback are effective today. At the moment, Honda Malaysia’s other models see no price revision.
