Google confirmed the existence of the Pixel Watch, though the company isn’t quite ready to share all details on the new smartwatch. But Google did mention that the wearable will be launched alongside the Pixel 7 series later this year in fall.
That’s right, Google also gave us a quick teaser of the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. It has the same horizontal camera bar design as the current Pixel 6 series, though the camera cutout looks slightly different now. It will also be powered by a next-gen Tensor chip.

As for the Pixel Watch itself, it has quite a minimalist, circular domed design with a “tactile” crown and one side button. It’s also made of recycled stainless steel, and the wearable supports swappable bands too, though it uses a proprietary design.
The Google Pixel Watch is slated for release sometime in fall 2022 alongside the Pixel 7 smartphones. It’s said to be a premium product, so expect to pay a premium price for the smartwatch, especially if you want to get it here in Malaysia from parallel importers.
After all, it’s unlikely the Pixel Watch will be officially available in our market.
