Genshin Impact 4.5 Arrives 13 March With Chiori & New Banner Category

Genshin Impact will receive its Version 4.5 update next week on 13 March. As usual, a new playable character (Chiori) will be added to the game, and a new banner category dubbed Chronicled Wish will also be introduced next week.

Let’s start with Chiori. Although she hails from Inazuma, she runs Chioriya Boutique in Fontaine. As a 5-star sword character with a Geo Vision, she can summon her automaton doll and design assistant, Tamoto to deal damage based on her defense and attack. Of course, Chiori’s Story Quest will also be available once the Version 4.5 update is live.

Aside from Chiori, a new event wish will also be introduced in Genshin Impact 4.5. The Chronicled Wish banner features six 5-star characters and 11 different 5-star weapons. Players can select which character or weapon they want, and their second 5-star item will be the chosen one; assuming the first one isn’t the selected item.

Beyond that, there are various in-game events in the Version 4.5 update of Genshin Impact too. Players can run a potion business in Monstadt, fire some cannons in the Rolling Crossfire event, and even pet cats (finally) in Feline Fortress Furrdyssey.

A new Training Guide feature will also be added in the new update, which provides useful tips and suggestions for building various characters.

Genshin Impact 4.5 will be released next week on 13 March. Chiori’s event wish will be available first alongside Arataki Itto’s rerun, while the second phase will see the return of Neuvillette’s and Kaedehara Kazuha’s banners.
