Entry-level DJI Mini 3 Now in Malaysia From RM1,999

DJI just introduced a new entry-level mini drone, and it comes with an equally mini price tag. Priced from only RM1,999 in Malaysia, the DJI Mini 3 is essentially a more affordable version of the Mini 3 Pro.

That means the Mini 3 is a lightweight drone like its Pro sibling, tipping the scales at only 249g. Given that it weighs below 250g, you won’t have to register the drone in most regions. Of course, the Mini 3 is also portable, so you can easily keep it in your bag, or even pocket.

Besides that, the Mini 3 features a 1/1.3-inch camera sensor too that can capture 4K/30fps videos in HDR and shoot photographs from 12MP to 48MP. As for battery life, it can deliver up to 38 minutes of flight time with the standard Intelligent Flight Battery; 51 minutes if the Intelligent Flight Battery Plus is used.

The DJI Mini 3 is now available for purchase in Malaysia from RM1,999 for the drone itself. There are also several bundles of the drone offered, including a Fly More Combo Plus that includes the DJI RC-N1 remote controller, a shoulder bag, a two-way charging hub, and two Intelligent Flight Batteries Plus – this bundle will set you back RM3,299.
