Dell XPS 13 With 11th Gen Intel CPU Now Starts at RM5,399 in Malaysia

Launched in Malaysia back in October last year, the latest Dell XPS 13 with Intel’s 11th generation processors are now more affordable than ever. Previously retailing from RM6,399, the base model of the premium productivity laptop now goes for only RM5,399 – that’s a whopping RM1,000 price difference.

We spotted this new pricing of the XPS 13 on Dell’s Malaysian online store. The most affordable model, as mentioned, is now listed at only RM5,399. For that kind of money, you’re getting an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor paired with 8GB of RAM, 512GB of SSD storage, Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics, and a 13.4-inch 1920 x 1200 display with a tall 16:10 aspect ratio.

If you want the sharper 13.4-inch 3840 x 2400 touch-enabled screen instead, this option is only reserved for the higher-end XPS 13 with a faster Core i7-1185G7 processor paired with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD storage. How much does this variant cost? RM6,999. For the sake of comparison, a similar configuration of the XPS 13 used to retail at RM7,899 when the laptop was first launched here.

If you want to upgrade the SSD of this XPS 13 variant to 1TB, you’ll just have to fork out an extra RM500, bringing the total price to RM7,499. It’s worth noting that the Frost White colourway of the XPS 13 is also only available in this particular configuration.

Now that the latest Dell XPS 13 starts from only RM5,399 here in Malaysia, this premium productivity laptop is that much more compelling. Not sure if the XPS 13 is for you? Then stay tuned for our full review! In the meantime, you can check out our hands-on video above.
