Asus also unveiled an updated version of the Asus Zenbook Pro 14 Duo OLED. Now featuring the aforementioned OLED screen, the dual screen laptop also has a number of other improvements, including a faster processor and a more robust cooling system.
Thanks to the Pro 14 Duo OLED’s new Active Aerodynamic System Ultra (AAS Ultra) – which lifts up the secondary touchscreen by 12 degrees for better ergonomics and cooling – the laptop can achieve a total TDP of up to 85W. Plenty of breathing room for the Intel Core i9-12900H processor and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Ti GPU.
Aside from the, the Pro 14 Duo OLED also has a primary 14.5-inch 2880 x 1800 OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a tall 16:10 aspect ratio. It is paired with a 12.7-inch 2880 x 864 ScreenPad Plus secondary touchscreen too, which is now bigger and brighter than the previous model’s.
The Asus Zenbook Pro 14 Duo OLED is said to start at $2,000, which comes up to about RM8,765. It remains to be seen if this premium dual screen laptop will be available in Malaysia, but given Asus’ prominent presence on our shores, there’s a good chance it will eventually be sold here.
