The very first laptop to be powered by the new Intel Core Ultra chips has just arrived in Malaysia. The Asus Zenbook 14 OLED (UX3405) is now available for purchase on our shores, and tipping the scales at only 1.2kg with a 14.9mm thin chassis, it’s marketed as a premium ultraportable laptop.
For the Malaysian market, two variants of the Zenbook 14 OLED are offered in Malaysia. The Core Ultra 5 125H model with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD is priced at RM4,999, while the more powerful Core Ultra 7 155H configuration with 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD goes for RM5,999.
At the moment, only the Ponder Blue colour option is available for purchase. The Foggy Silver colourway will be offered here at a later date.
Other specifications of the Zenbook 14 OLED include Intel Arc integrated graphics, a 14-inch 2880 x 1800 OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 16:10 aspect ratio, a 75Wh battery that promises up to 15 hours of use, as well as a Windows 11 Home out of the box.
To recap, the Asus Zenbook 14 OLED can now be purchased in Malaysia from RM4,999 for the Core Ultra 5 125H base model with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD. The higher-end Core Ultra 7 155H configuration with 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD, on the other hand, is priced at RM5,999.
