Asus just launched a new pair of wireless earbuds in Malaysia. Given its gaming-centric branding, the Asus ROG Cetra promises low latency for the best gaming experience, along with active noise cancellation (ANC) to eliminate ambient noise.
For the Malaysian market, the Cetra is priced at RM515; a reasonably good price tag for a pair of wireless earbuds with ANC. According to Asus, the Cetra’s latency “nearly matches that of wired earphones” too, which is quite a bold claim.

Aside from ANC and low latency, the Cetra has reasonably long battery life as well. On a single charge, it can return up to 5.5 hours of continuous use. Paired with the charging case, it has a total battery life of 27 hours. It also has an IPX4 rating, so while it’s not exactly water-resistant, it can survive some water splashes.
The Asus ROG Cetra wireless earbuds are now available for purchase in Malaysia for RM515. We’ve got a review unit of this gaming-centric earbuds, so stay tuned for our review of the Cetra!
