We just got confirmation that the affordable Nokia T20 tablet is arriving here in Malaysia on 12 December. Not only is it budget-friendly, the T20 is also the first tablet to carry the Nokia branding since HMD Global took over the iconic brand.
Naturally, the affordable nature of the T20 is its best selling point: it retails from only $250 in the US, which comes up to about RM1,055. For that kind of money, you’re getting a modest Android tablet powered by a Unisoc Tiger T610 processor, which should be fast enough for everyday tasks.
Other specifications of the T20 include a 10.4-inch 2000 x 1200 IPS display, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of expandable storage, an 8MP rear camera, a 5MP selfie shooter, as well as a 8,200mAh battery with support for 15W charging.
The Nokia T20 will be launched in Malaysia through a live show on Nokia’s Shopee store on 12 December at 9PM. It will also go on sale at the same time, and each purchase of the T20 is bundled with a rugged flip case worth RM229.
