Proton e.MAS 7 Premium Plus Launched at KLIMS 2026 with 450km WLTP Range, Starting From RM118,800

Proton e.MAS has introduced the e.MAS 7 Premium Plus at KLIMS 2026, adding a new range-extended variant to the top of the e.MAS 7 lineup with an upgraded battery and enhanced comfort features.

The Premium Plus is built around a 68.39kWh AEGIS Short Blade Battery delivering a claimed WLTP range of up to 450km, a step up from the existing Premium variant. DC fast charging remains at up to 115kW, with a 30 to 80 percent charge taking approximately 20 minutes.

On the comfort side, the variant adds dual front massage seats, a powered front passenger seat with four-way adjustment and memory function, and an integrated passenger leg rest, features Proton e.MAS says make it the first vehicle in its segment to combine 450km WLTP range with this level of passenger comfort equipment.

The full e.MAS 7 lineup is priced as follows, with a limited-time RM7,000 Special Launch Rebate currently applied across all variants. The Premium Plus is RM118,800 in Peninsular Malaysia and RM121,800 in East Malaysia, down from RM125,800 and RM128,800 respectively. The Premium comes in at RM112,800 and RM115,800, while the Prime starts from RM96,000 in Peninsular Malaysia and RM99,800 in East Malaysia.

All Premium Plus purchases during the launch period also receive the Power Pack Plus bundle, which includes free trade-in processing, an additional RM5,000 trade-in top-up for existing Proton owners, a complimentary 7kW home charging wallbox worth RM1,500, a Vehicle-to-Load converter worth RM500, five years of unlimited internet data worth RM1,800, a six-year unlimited mileage vehicle warranty, an eight-year or 160,000km high voltage battery and components warranty and a complimentary tonneau cover.

The Proton e.MAS 7 Premium Plus is on display at the Proton e.MAS booth at Hall 7, Level 2, MITEC throughout KLIMS 2026, from 12 to 21 June.
