Hisense has announced a new lineup of display products at its 2026 ASEAN Partner Conference in Kuala Lumpur, headlined by the world’s first RGB MiniLED television in a 116-inch format.

The 116-inch UX is the centrepiece of the launch. Unlike conventional MiniLED panels, each micro LED in Hisense’s RGB MiniLED technology integrates separate red, green and blue crystal chips, allowing independent control of both colour and brightness simultaneously. The result is 100% BT.2020 colour gamut coverage, which Hisense positions as cinema-grade colour reproduction for the home. Processing is handled by Hisense’s self-developed RGB MiniLED chip and Hi-View AI Engine RGB for real-time image optimisation. Audio is handled by a 6.2.2 CineStage X sound system co-engineered with Devialet, carrying the Opéra National de Paris branding.

Joining the flagship is the UR8 series, first shown at CES 2026 and now making its Southeast Asian debut. It sits within the same RGB MiniLED family at a more accessible price point, available across a range of sizes and featuring a Native 180Hz Game Mode for smoother, tear-free gameplay.

On the laser projector side, the L9Q is a triple-colour laser TV built for large-screen home cinema setups, delivering 5,000 ANSI lumens, 5,000:1 contrast and 110% colour gamut through an ultra-short throw design of 0.18, capable of producing a 150-inch image. The XR10 laser projector extends the range further, supporting projections of up to 300 inches with high brightness and stable long-term performance for those after a more traditional projector setup.

Pricing and Malaysian availability for all four products have yet to be confirmed.
