Acer Refreshes Aspire Series with Intel Core Ultra Series 3

Acer has announced new additions to its Aspire lineup with the introduction of the Aspire 14 AI and Aspire 16 AI, both powered by Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors.

Both the Acer Aspire 14 AI and Aspire 16 AI can be configured with up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 386H processor, pairing new performance and efficiency cores with Intel Graphics for improved CPU and graphics performance. This allows the Aspire AI series to handle productivity tasks, creative workloads, and multitasking with ease.

Across the range, the Aspire AI laptops support up to 32GB of memory and up to 2TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage, ensuring a fast and responsive experience for hybrid workflows. Display options include vibrant WUXGA panels with a 16:10 aspect ratio and refresh rates of up to 120Hz, available in both touch and non-touch variants. OLED options are also offered for users who want richer contrast and colour reproduction.

Design-wise, The laptops feature thin-and-light chassis designs, large touchpads for smoother navigation, and a full-flat 180-degree hinge that allows the display to lay completely flat. This makes them well-suited for collaboration, presentations, or shared viewing, while still remaining portable enough for students and young professionals on the move.

Acer Intelligent Space serves as a central hub for managing AI tools and tasks, while AcerSense offers system diagnostics and performance optimisation. For video calls and online meetings.

Acer PurifiedView and PurifiedVoice help enhance image clarity and reduce background noise. Acer My Key adds customisable shortcuts for quick access to apps and Copilot+ PC features such as Live Captions with real-time translation.

For conferencing and content creation, the laptops are equipped with 1080p FHD IR cameras and a triple-microphone array for clearer audio capture. Connectivity is well covered too, with support for Thunderbolt 4, USB Type-A, HDMI 2.1, and a 3.5mm audio jack, alongside Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 for reliable wireless connections.

Pricing and availability of the new Acer Aspire AI series in Malaysia has yet to be disclosed.
