Acer has announced its latest Swift AI lineup of premium thin-and-light laptops, expanding its Copilot+ PC offerings with new Intel Core Ultra Series 3-powered models. The new range includes the Swift 16 AI, the ultra-light Swift Edge AI, and the versatile Swift Go AI in both 14-inch and 16-inch variants.

Across the lineup, Acer pairs modern hardware with its proprietary AI tools such as PurifiedVoice, PurifiedView, User Sensing, and a suite of Copilot+ PC experiences on Windows 11.

Leading the range is the Acer Swift 16 AI, positioned as the brand’s flagship AI laptop. Crafted from aluminium, it is powered by up to an Intel Core Ultra X9 388H processor with Intel Arc B390 graphics, making it well-suited for creators handling large files and demanding workloads.

A standout feature is its large haptic touchpad with a 16:10 aspect ratio, which supports MPP 2.5 stylus input. This allows users to sketch, edit, and interact with AI-powered creative tools directly on the touchpad, with precise haptic feedback and improved durability thanks to a Corning Gorilla Glass surface.

The Swift 16 AI is equipped with a 16-inch 3K OLED WQXGA+ touch display certified with VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500, offering a 120Hz refresh rate and full DCI-P3 colour coverage. Audio is handled by dual DTS:X Ultra speakers with anti-vibration technology, while a FHD IR camera enables Windows Hello facial authentication. Connectivity is comprehensive, with Wi-Fi 7, dual Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI 2.1, USB Type-A, and a MicroSD card slot.

For users who prioritise portability, Acer also introduced the Swift Edge AI series, available in both 14-inch and 16-inch configurations. Built using a stainless steel-magnesium alloy chassis, the Swift Edge 14 AI weighs under 1kg and measures just 13.95mm thick, while still meeting MIL-STD 810H military-grade durability standards.

These models are powered by up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 386H processor with integrated Intel Graphics, supported by up to 32GB of LPDDR5x memory and up to 1TB of PCIe 4.0 SSD storage.

Both Swift Edge AI models feature high-resolution OLED touch displays with up to 3K WQXGA+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rates. Acer also includes its latest multi-control touchpads for quick access to media and conferencing tools, alongside FHD IR cameras with Human Presence Detection for added security. Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, Thunderbolt 4, HDMI 2.1, and DTS:X Ultra audio round out the package.

Completing the lineup are the Acer Swift Go 14 AI and Swift Go 16 AI, which strike a balance between performance, portability, and value. These models are powered by up to the same Intel Core Ultra X9 388H processor with Intel Arc B390 graphics, paired with up to 32GB of LPDDR5x memory and up to 1TB of SSD storage. The Swift Go AI laptops feature laser-etched aluminium chassis designs that open flat to 180 degrees, along with a choice of 2K or 3K OLED touch displays.

They also come equipped with 5MP IR cameras with HDR and Human Presence Detection, dual DTS:X Ultra speakers, Acer multi-control touchpads, and a wide selection of ports including dual Thunderbolt 4, USB Type-A, and HDMI 2.1. Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0.

Acer have yet to announce the pricing and availability of the new Swift series in Malaysia.
