Acer Connect M6E 5G Portable WiFi Router Launches in Malaysia for RM999

Acer Malaysia has introduced the Acer Connect M6E 5G Mobile WiFi, a compact portable hotspot built for users who need fast, reliable connectivity whether at home, on the road, or abroad. Designed to slip easily into a bag or pocket, it aims to deliver stable and secure internet access wherever you go.

The Acer Connect M6E promises up to 28 hours of uninterrupted high-speed connectivity, making it ideal for sitautions like travel, and on-the-go streaming. Powering the device is a 8,000 mAh battery with fast charging via USB-C and the touchscreen interface makes setup an easy task. There’s also NFC touch-to-connect support for Android devices, allowing instant pairing with just a tap.

For shared connections, the M6E supports up to 20 devices through 2×2 MIMO technology and Wi-Fi 6E on the 6GHz band. It works with nano SIM, eSIM, and virtual SIM profiles, and Acer’s SignalScan lets users hop onto networks in more than 135 countries without swapping SIM cards which is a big convenience for frequent travellers.

The device offers enterprise-level protection with WPA3 encryption, built-in firewalls, SIM lock, and VPN support. Its rugged build meets MIL-STD 810H durability standards and carries an IP68 rating against dust and water. Despite all that protection, it weighs under 300 grams and keeps a minimalist design.
