Zenless Zone Zero Version 2.3 Arrives 15 October Featuring Lucia, Yidhari and Komano Manato

HoYoverse has announced that Zenless Zone Zero Version 2.3, titled Memories of Dreams Bygone, will arrive on 15 October. The latest update expands the game’s world with a new region, new Agents, fresh events, and more rewards for players to dive into.

This update introduces Timesworn Hills, an area rich in Lumite ore deposits but haunted by the ruins of abandoned research facilities and chilling ghost stories. The narrative kicks off with the disappearance of miners and Porcelumex employees, drawing Proxies into a Hollow full of hidden dangers.

Joining the battlefield this time are three new Agents from Spook Shack. Lucia, an S-Rank Ether Support Agent, uses dreamlike abilities to recreate Ethereals in combat. By generating Dream Points, she can enter a Dream state and activate Ether Veil: Wellspring, boosting allies’ max HP while increasing team damage output. Yidhari, an S-Rank Ice Rupture Agent, thrives on risk, dealing Sheer DMG that pierces defenses and grows stronger as her HP drops.

Meanwhile, Komano Manato makes his debut as an A-Rank Fire Rupture Agent, scaling his Sheer DMG from his max HP. Alongside them, S-level Agents Vivian and Ju Fufu will return in the upcoming banners, while Soldier 0 – Anby receives upgrades to her combat mechanics and overall performance.

Version 2.3 also introduces new events. “When Dreams Remain Unfinished” features turn-based combat, letting players command different monster categories with unique traits and formations, with Agent Manato available as a free reward upon completion. The popular photography mode “SNAP! Shining Strike” makes a comeback with more filters, frames, and enhanced camera controls to capture memorable moments in the Hollow.

Looking further ahead, HoYoverse has teased new Agents including Banyue, Dialyn, Zhao, and Ye Shunguang, who will join in future updates. To thank players for their continued support, Version 2.3 will grant an additional 600 Polychromes on top of the standard rewards of 10 Encrypted Master Tapes and 10 Boopons.

Zenless Zone Zero Version 2.3 Memories of Dreams Bygone launches on 15 October for PlayStation 5 Pro, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox Cloud Gaming, PC, iOS, and Android.
